im a big Roy Wood fan...i would have loved more collaborations between these old band mates..i know they had disagreements around 1969/70 about where the Move was going..but Woody had ELO in his head and for me he got a bit selfish about shelving the Move once ELO got started 'cos Carl wanted to keep it going probably bringing trevor burton back..but thats history...i guess woody wanted something to fall back on if ELO had been a commercial failure...RIP Carl Wayne...Great song...Thank you x
Great picture towards the end.. Eric Burdon, Jimi Hendrix, John Mayall, Steve Winwood, Carl Wayne... amazing that Carl Wayne is unknown in America what a fantastic frontman and a tremendous talent.

It was released as a 7" single but it`s also on the compilation CD `Carl Wayne Beyond The Move` - you can buy it for £1-2 on ebay !

Good move to have a version that's quite distinct from the haunting ballad that's synonymous with Cliff Richard ... Great!
