just saw that someone downloaded this video and re-uploaded it on youtube again. Whats the point of that? Same intro, same pics. But due to it the quality is less. It upsets me a bit as I had made the video myself....
I only discovered it as the dedicatee just searched for it on youtube but found the other version.
Fantastic eighties: Lloyd Cole and the Commotions, Working Week, Tracey Thorn and her Everithing but the Girl, first Prefab Sprout and Simply Red, Alison Moyet, David Sylvian, Style Council and many others remember a lot of km while training........
This was the tape that was never sold in the NAAFi in Germany but i took a risk and bought it and loved it. it fitted well with my other loves of EBTG, Big Sound Authority and the rest. So smooth, so jazz groovey!!!
Like the rest of you, I NEVER understood why Working Week was effectively snubbed------------yet, Swing Out Sister (which started about the same time that WW faded out) has a significant following. Apparently; both of the above groups are linked.
Dear Paulwlon, thank you very much! I was very sad last year not find that song here on youtube.... I took me some weeks to get that CD and to prepare this video... The 80's had a couple of intense songs that got lost through time... I've a couple of them in my mind... but i can't find them. It's a beautiful search and youtube gives me the opportunity to share them with the few other lovers! Greetings, Ines

What a jazzy atmosphere! This was standing in my LPvinyltheque together with Everything but the Girl, The Style Council and Carmel.
