If you can watch youtube videos you have Flash Player installed so

try this: Just use Dailymotion (free account). Click "Upload a video" and then "record from webcam".

Once you get the recorded video on your account (Dailymotion uses flashplayer so you don't need to install anything) just rip it, using Real Player or something.
