yu can use macromedia flash pro 8. and btw, if yu were just gna do the dragon roar with the character, yu could've just animated it in bannedstory and use hypercam or any kind of recording utility to record it instead of using it through frames.

i dnt hav link but flash or adobe are best in my opinion :S
