@hamptonpanthers well if you dont want to get hd pvr wich you should, then you might as well get it but its kinda a waste of money comparing it is not good quality and even know mine was 30 punds its still not worth the hassle so GET HD PVR INSTEAD REALLY...

I can't capture with my DVC 100 using SV8 Pro.. It says it is working somewhere else ( the DVC 100 ) or something like this.. Can someone help me out ?

@SmellsLikePSU I had no software that came with it.. There was like.. Pinnacle DVD Recorder or something like this.. I've heard it was Pinnacle Studio, but i do not have it..

@ttin0 Yes, the DVD recorder is the software you use to record.

When you record the file will go to a VIDEO_TS folder and the file will be .VOB, but software like windows movie maker should be able to reconise it.

@SmellsLikePSU Umm.. I just tried it.. It looks like it's recording. But then I go in the Video_TS folder.. and there is a .BUP .IFO .VOB documents... Also, Windows Movie Maker and Sony Vegas 8.0 doesn't recognise them..

@ttin0 Vagas should accept the .VOB, I can't give any examples but if Vagas isn't accepting the .VOB, try to find a converter.

@ttin0 go to that vob (either one is fine) and try to open it up. When it says file cannot be opened. it either says go on internet to find a softwar to open or pick one that you have.

Choose pick one (browse)

Then just choose sony vegas pro 9.

White, youtube changed something and now the video doesn't fit the whole screen, but still. :]

Also, the sharpening effect can help the video look btter.

i need help, on mpeg 1-2 i put it to high quality, but the frames drop, is there any way i can get on high quality without frame drop, and i cant get my sony vegas to work but is there any good visual difference if u edit with vegas??
