If you look earlier in the scene there's a quick shot of Kaname hanging by a rope from the tree. Obviously neither Kurz nor the audience could really see what she was seeing, but Kaname was attempting to rip the rope off her neck.

There were 2 main press releases I know of. One announcing the movie and saying Zac Efron was attached to it, and the other was him stating he wasn't actually involved.

I seem to recall that there were a few occasions when someone (usually, I think, Sousuke) said something that, in context, sounded flat-out ridiculous, and you'd show a line reading something like, "This is verbatim."

But whatever. I'm not here to argue. I'm here to tell you how much I enjoy your series.

That's one of the things I loved about FMP, in general is that it's already like someone abridged Mecha anime and made a series out of it.
