The Old Republic is just a single player RPG with the MMO features wrapped into it. When I played the beta, it felt like story first, MMO second (might be a good or bad thing). I soloed every quest while I played (40+ hours) with almost no troubles at all. I really wanted to keep playing it but at $15 a month, its just a little too much to deal with at the moment especially with Skyrim, Battlefield, and F1 2011 out now and the Jak and Daxter HD collection coming out in February :D
