Dropped my P7 on concrete ground, and it only works on Turbo Mode. So I'm thinking of getting the Hokus Focus or the T5, the Hokus Focus seems to be a better value.
I got one but when its half focused the beam is shifted to one side like 3 centimeters when I'm 1 meter away am I the only one with that problem. Its not a major problem because the beam is still very usable but it looks bad.
I love the review..I actually found this exact flashlight at my job in the parking lot. Ive had it with the same Lenser batteries for 3 years now and its a GREAT flash light.. LED Lenser (Coastal) has my buisiness for the rest of my life..

That's funny. Germans "over engineer" everything but intentionally sell a product with a lens which appears cracked. And if you want an "impact weapon" you definitely can't beat a three or four cell Maglite (twenty bucks and made in the good old U.S.A.)
Just got one of these the Hokus Focus 105 lumen's. Very bright and as a good spot to flood, shines very far, impressive so far. Not bad for £20 new. Wish it got a low, medium and high mode, but still happy. Thanks for the review.
i had this torch as part of my tool kit (uk) and i has been used and abused and i can guarantee u this will do u a lot of justice in your travels! it has never let me down yet, and even gave a better light output than my 4d cell maglite. then my van got broke into and my tools nicked. so i brought this torch again. well worth the money - i wouldnt buy it twice otherwise!
i brought one of these, (uk) it was on the expensive side, but im a believer in u pay for what you get...
and what a torch. i do electrical contracting work, it was ideal. actually gave a better light output than my 4d cell maglite. this torch was put through serious testing and abuse as part of my tool kit and it has never let me down. battery life is ok, but full brightness doesnt last for many hours. however, this is a fantastic torch. it will do u justice on your travels dude, good luck.
this is a great review :) but try out the fenix tk12 r2, i just got one and its superior to the led lensor line up (for me) cos it has what i need ie, strobe of extreeme light, for confusing problematic people just long enough till iv locked them up, also as a last line of defence a seriously well designed crenulated strike bezel with hardened glass so it wont break, but thats just what i need, however this led lenzer would be great as a secondry light for me :)
robbertbucket: Just to let you know 'For' is written like that. 'Four' is how you spell the number 4. Just letting you know because you wrote it wrong several times, like when you said "got one four christmas", should have been "for christmas". Im guessing English aint your first language.
I got the same model, this is not the water proof model, only water resistant. water proof model comes in a yellow/green color body. bought mine in UK,£39.00, i love this fl.
I started to see this exact model 105 lumens Police Tech Torch at Lowe's in the USA. It cost $45 plus Tax. I like it because of its size, and of course its made in Germany!
I just recently bought this torch off the Snap On guy in my area for £36, with another set of batteries for free and i was thinking it was just going to be another torch but wow it truly is worth every penny 10/10
I just recently bought this torch and I love everything about it, but i have two questions for you: Is it waterproof? i mean can i use it in the sea at night? and my second question is how can you disassemble the flash light? What if i want to clean the lens from the inside from the dust that gathered in the LED compartment? Thanks!
Those are very good questions. But I doubt very much that the lense area is disassemblable. It may be water resistant as in you could take it out in heavy rain no problem. But drop it in a puddle and you could have problems. Again I dont know this stuff for sure but thats the impression I get from looking at its design.
Thanks for the review of this,i've just bought one from Amazon for £25 as i'm joining the police, this seems to be the most sought after torch brand for the police.Maglites seem to have a few critics.
Thank you for watching. I hope you are as happy with your torch as I am. Yes maglite ( the led upgrade ) is also quite good quality. Actually in my country the long version of the maglite is banned, as private guard companies use it as light and self defence. Good luck with your torch.
The one I was looking at in Sears is called the Coast LED lenser Power chip tactical flashlight, and it says its light output is 149 lumens, but on the official website its 83 lumens, i think its this one in your video, im not sure whether sears is trying to rip customers off by lying about the lumens
Sears doesn't print the packaging. Lenser "updated" the emitter recently, or at least "updated" their specs. Lenser run time claims are a joke... sheer puffery. The reviewer makes a jab at Fenix's claimed run time of "only" 8 hours compared to Lenser's 70. Well, that's because Fenix makes honest claims, and Lenser lies. BTW, I own the Hokus Focus and love it. I just want to shed some elvity to Lenser's claims.
@kawcfc90 The police(and I) like Maglites, because they can be used as a VERY efficient baton. We´re talking "stopping power". A standard ASP baton does not stop an attacking suspect under the influence of drugs...
wow i really like the look of this torch, and I've just found one for £25. Have you found out the true battery life yet? I have yet to find anyone who can confirm the 50 hours battery life. ( i havn't seen anyone quoting the 70 hour battery life you mentioned)
Thank you for watching. Yes this is the hocus focus ( or police tech focus ) however you want to call it. The itemnumber is unknown to me as I have thrown away the box it came in.
I have this flashlight for more than half a year now and i use it really heavyly for urban exploration. I think this flashlight is so durable and so well made it's going to last for ages and the huge advantage is the use of cheep AAA batteries. I also like the way it simply switches on and off. No modes you have to go thrue and other bullshit that the "flashlight scene" complains about! The burn time is really long but i never use the set of batteries to the max. The end burn is too weak.
Thanx man. I use a small simple JVC hard drive camera. No bells and whistles. Love the simplicity, hate the stupid video format that I need to convert with some crap software :)
THank you man! I like the fenix too, but when it comes to good old ease of use, I like the LL because i just need one set of batteries and you are ready to go :) Proven realy good in the woods this weekend.
Thanks for the reply. No I work in Belgium ( LL is in Germany ) And yes I know N.O.T.H.I.N.G about the flashlight scene. And to be honest I don't have the time to research it as well. My point is to review this torch for the guys who find it interesting.

Lenser X21 really Love Sanyo Enoloop AA or D.(Like Sunlight)
I had compare side by side with "Fenix TK70" & "Led Lenser X21 with Sanyo D enoloop".
Led Lenser is indeed have further throw & have more than 2200Lumen power than Fenix TK70.
Insist use Sanoy enoloop D size battery, Boost from 1050 Lumen to 2200++Lumen or more.
Proven already. 100% conform because i have them both to compare.
I dont know why Fenix 2200 Lumen is not as bright as Led Lenser x21? It's True. It really happen.
