It's not free.

You can't download it, because beta test is only for Korea at the moment. EU/US release not earlier than in 2009.

I hope this game is not some boring as Asian grinder. I hope there is a story of some sort and meaningful game play outside of pvp that doesn't revolve around camp/grinding mobs all day.
