  • im confused, what language is this? sang in? its such a beautiful song

  • What's the song and singer name?

  • @MISANTHROPY647 The singer is Kokia, she has many beautiful songs. This one's called EXEC_COSMOFLIPS/. as you can see in the title ^^

  • @raineWoS Ah, at first I thought thought the artist was exec cosmoflips, but I figued that was the title of the song. Later I figured Ar Tonelico 3 was the artist. Thank you.

  • Well to begin with, Japanese doesn't translate well into English. Given the fact that Hymmnos is derived from Japanese and several other languages, it's no wonder there's so much trouble with translations.

  • Is this suspossed to be Tyria trying to get Ar Ru to join them through her song

  • @AuskaNeumaki Kinda but it's mostly Tyria trying to get Ar Ru to understand that humanity doesn't need to be wiped out since that's her will as the leader of the Anti-bodies.

  • AWESOME!

  • Um, question. Why does "yorra" show up, but isn't sung? It confuses me.

    But aside that, this is an awesome song and I wish I was a girl so I could try to do this song justice.

  • One word about this song : majestic.

  • I love this song, it's sad that you only get to hear it a couple of times during the game. Also great translation

  • I always found it very interesting that in almost all of the Ar Tonelico songs, the "emotions of the song" from the data books often ends up having a much different meaning than the literal lyrics translated from Hymmnos. It makes me wonder if different people wrote it.

  • @Skyrius

    chmod's "emotions of the song" reads 'die die die die die die dirty foul beings die die die disappear vanish die die die be crushed die die die'. I'm pretty sure it's pretty much just 'what the person's feeling', as opposed to an actual way of understanding the song. ^^;

  • @Skyrius Actually, the "Emotions" were only the basis from which the artists (composers, arrangers, lyricists) created each one of the songs. That's why they sound so distinct from one to other: because the series' creator wrote these feelings, and then allowed the artists to make the songs however they felt that matched these emotions the best.

  • this is very good but the only thing i dont get is how you put the hymnos language. can you explain that?

  • @RayzeCruxis You can download the text off of a site and use it for typing like on word and other programs. I have it to.

  • @PunkettePenelo Lol I'd like to have that font too. Do you remember where you got it and how?
