Thanks for the video. I'm making an stereo RCA to 5 pin DIN cable (Have a Naim system). Do I twist both ground cables and the drainwirie together and try to fit them all in the ground in the DIN connector (on the DIN side)?
@rednecknber WBT is a high-end brand of connectors. They make RCA Connectors along with many other types. I use the Neutrik Pro-Fi NF2C-B/2 RCA plugs, they are well made and make a nice tight connect for not a lot of dough... available at Parts Express.
I know it's a lot to make a whole video for this but, I would love to know how to make a very highly shielded speaker cable as my speaker cables run past some rather high voltage mains cables, and I believe most the interference I get is because of this.
Again, brilliant tutorials. Would like to try and make some myself, and maybe add some extra cosmetics to really make them look the part. Thanks!
Excellent tutorials! Can't believe how overpriced most commercial offerings are. I payed £30 ~ $50 for a 1m QED Performance One interconnect. They don't look as impressive as this either!
More like DIY... MIC!!

Good job! You may also try twisting the cables, that helps to prevent noise.
