You can find it in virtualdub, you import you movie , you set Video/Filters/Add/Deinterlace and you choose the best deinterlace algorithm for you clip. Every movie editor program has that function.

To kill Samsung's lines, try to edit with "deinterlace" function..
where would i find this deinterlace function? thanks appreciate the help
