That is sweet. I hope you guys who havent seen her in concert, get to see her. And for you guys that have, you know what I mean.
I wouldn't call her style pretentious...just overly flash and not my fav...you still can't say that she isn't a good player though. And tomcoen the best would be Frankie Gavin - end of discussion!
Eileen was brilliant then.... and she's brilliant now. I have seen her perform many times, along with many other wonderful Irish musicians. Her spirit and love of music is the furthest thing from pretense.

The players at the "world competition" are so much more technical now.
She played sweetly though.

I hung out with her in Dublin Ohio this year....never met a nicer, sweeter person. I dont even need to mention her performance.....whew.
