Togs are the best! I've caught them 30 miles off Wildwood in late fall. We fished over top the Jacob Jones which lies in about 120 ft of water. The togs hang out in wrecks.
We use green crab for bait. Set the hook on the 2nd nibble then reel in like crazy or they take your rig back into the wreck.

barnagate light is the best stop for tog and blues too.... and togs r about 10 miles off of wildwood...

I fish barnagate also the small jetty next to where you cought that tog is an evn better tog spot.
