I have had tons of mails like that to. I do realize that copyright does indeed belong to the official creators and not us. And I don't think it's unfair given that they of course can't check everyones goals en therefore can't give every person different judgments.. However, I do find it shit.

It happend to me some time ago. One of my favorite videos that took me forever to complete was removed. Some copyright stuff issues as well. It really is annoying.

i know this isn't the best idea but why don't u upload the videos with the disabled stuff to another site and the link it on the more info tab people can still rate the video on youtube but watch it elsewhere maybe like machima or something hope this helps or at least gives you idea i like your vids i don't want it to stop D:

there is a way to get rid of the copyrights. there is a vid in my favorites called Youtube Copyright Tutorial (AUDIO ONLY) it shows you how to bypass them, but only if it is audio related

YouTube really sucks BIG time, and I hope, you'll get your 'real' videos back some day, if thy ever get to their senses again and try to chase after the REAL criminals on YT (the vid thieves and folks)

Well...this happened to me too... I had 4 videos with audio disabled...unfortunately because of me thanks to the previews I saved with the same songs like the originals or it would be only 2...but anyway, I had it as well... In my opinion, d what they say, just change the audio with Audio Swap and everything will be fine... It will suck yeah, but no more problems with audio... You may just have with the video...

YouTube staff doesn't try anymore. What work they do do is all done by half-assed computer programs. There's actually supposed to be a filter system where you're video has to be watched first by an admin or something before it can be released to the public. So, actual copyrights should be detected before you're video even finishes getting posted. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a "Yes to all" option on that program and they immediately enabled it when they made it.

Sorry, double-post. Damn character limit. It seems to me that this stuff wasn't around much at all till Google bought YouTube and then it just became horrible. They don't even bother to actually do anything like verification whether or not it really is copyright. The majority of the stuff they go after actually doesn't violate a damn thing and is fully within public use. Such as parodies, copyright laws are completely null and void against them because a clause added to copyrights due to a-

-court case. Sorry, should be the last one. Meanwhile, all the stuff that actually does violate copyright laws are never even touched. A friend of mine once did an experiment. He made an account with five parody videos and five videos that were pure copyright. They didn't even pay attention to the five copyright. It's as if they're deliberately trying to do the opposite of what they should do when it comes to this stuff.

I'm having the SAME problems with my Tales of Weirdness series and nearly all of my AMVs. I seriously hate youtube... My friend once suggested I dispute the claims, but a lot of the companies won't let you so easily... I feel your pain, cay, I really do.

I can't say I'm surprised. Youtube has made so many idiotic changes as of late. They go around deleting +3 year old vids and disabling the audio of vids that make disclaimers, too.

The best you can do is save your work (if they're not saved already) and go to another, better site.

youtube doesn't look at the video content anymore they directly apply copyright issues as long as any video use a theme music with copyrights, for an example if you use a song with warners copyright or sony record you automatically eat up the CR and at 3 e-mail warning or 5 i don't remember well you're account will be deleted,it happened to me like 2 months ago thanks to sony records

and removed the songs that belong to it..
