@ParaglidingManiac I made this in the GTA IV Video Editor. When you render a video in that editor, the lag disappears and it becomes smooth as ****.

this performance CANT be from 8500 i have core quad 2.5 Ghz 8500GT 1GB DDR2 and everything is on LOW and i still get around 17 FPS _!_

This is rendered in the GTA IV Video Editor which turns out a good framerate. Normally I get about 25 frames per second. :D
