This is pretty good compared to the others and it does let you transfer all your music but not all of it at once just 10 at a time and it's a 60 second wait time after every transfer

@TriPplT8314 I am doing it too & it sucks... I have over 2300 songs. This will take me a few days. My current iPhone OS is 3.1.2 because I have been too afraid of losing my music so I haven't updated my phone in months. Once I finally get all my music transfered to iTunes I will finally get to update my iPhone to OS 4.1!

holy crap thats a sloppy desktop. u need to right click, and click AUTO ARRANGE techmaster,. good vidz nevertheless. very simpl eand helpful... just wanted to give the ol techn master a tip =)
