just a few comments...

1. it should be creaming method so use a PADDLE attachment not a dough hook.

2. You should combine dry ingredients together and sift the flour

3. combine liquid ingredients together and add it to the dry ingredients or to the batter paste

4. butter should be cubed smaller

5. you over bake the cookies... like you said, it should be "light brown" not BROWN! =]

i'm not hating just pointing out which i think is not correct..

1 if you make a lot .

2 if you combine dry ingredients together you will miss the flavor as some are only title .

3 any dough can be scoop or role to cut .............any size you like it .
