I have had Mri's, exray's, physical therapy numerous times and have been checked out by 2 ortho surgeons that say I need new knees, ACL repairs, bakers cyst, buldge disks in my neck.

an I have waited 3 yrs! an they still refuse to pay to get them fixed, and I had witnesses to my injuries! They did pay for 2 meniscus surgeries but Workers comp would rather pay me timeloss forever then pay for total knees. I can hardly walk! The system is screwed up!
