I tried using liquid on the top and a pencil on the bottom (also have tried liquid before), but it always makes it look like I have this white framing of my eye THEN the black line at my lashes!! GRRR...I then have tried putting the liner ABOVE my lashes on the bottom, that way makes me really tired and the makeup gets in my eyes, and collects black eye boogers in the corners. Ew. Any tips of doing away with the white space I am unable to fill in???
