IP Addresses are distinguishable unless there is roaming users. All a person have to do to end hacking is setup a firewall that capture addresses. Everyone knows there are ways around intranets and entry into system with onsite permissions but those computers can be tracked town to those not logged on with user names typical. Eventually, you will be caught even as the administrator of a computer have a record of access.
