I've been listening/watching this video for a while now though i've never commented

its a really good video and my favourite part is around 1:13 at the line 'the bells ring' and the guy smiles :) it was so perfect

I was just thinking though after reading samthegreat's comment that, for me, this is more of thankful song,like its telling me to be thankful for the life i have and to aprreciate it and look out the window and stay that way for the rest of the day...:)

I find this song both very sad and very beautiful because as you say there is such thankfulness in it and a lot of hope, in spite of the "what now?" feeling that accompanies the kind of lifestyle changes it has as a premise.

This video is AMAZING. 2:43 where Cloud has the saddest face i've ever seen makes me want to cry. This is such a beautiful song, and you've used it so well. This movie goes perfectly with this song. It's so perfect this combination you've made (: I love it! <3

Blue Laguna is pretty good for that stuff if you want to download, although really I'd just recommend surfing around Youtube a bit.

very good video ^_^ Compilation of FFVII in general are very sad and dark and way-ish, yeah, so, good choice ^_^

you bet, subtitled clips are a pain :S but you did a good job hiding them XD don't worry about 5:11, you can barely notice that! ^_^

glad you had Genesis as well :P

just have 1 advice/opinion though: making videos with long musics... that can be a pain, because you get tired watching it - I know by personal experience, believe me. ^_^

I find making long videos a pain in themselves because you have to use a higher percentage of clips (which is why the FFX original idea never happened because even if the spirit is there, the clips just aren't). Stars make great music but they tend to like having really long unresolved endings to their songs, which makes it awkward to work with. Still I thought this (and Life 2) went well considering.

yeah, I once made a video with 6:50 minutes only with FFX clips - kinda worked to me, but people didn't like it -_-'
