yeah but it worked till like 3 1/2 months ago, neopets found the hole in the website and fixed it. he maade a new hack but he hasnt released it for free yet. I pm'd him and that is what he told me

It is a scam. First of all, the all the data for your account is server sided, and all commands are sent through an MD5 hash that would take an unfeasible amount of time to crack (i.e. hundreds of years) doing brute force. Secondly, anybody can edit photoshop a screencap.
