Stacy, if I'm not mistaken, this was RHB's Summer Convention in Louisville, 1995. It was the one of the purest, most amazing, powerful, holy outpourings of God I've ever had the privilege to witness and experience. If he had continued these meetings, past the scheduled calendar, God only knows what would have happened.
