Her movements, precision, smoothness, flows like water but still hits like a mass of water, she looks strong. Amazing.

I just can think of kneeling and humbly asking this kind of masters to accept me as the foolest of their aprentices.

this is a real master, she is 74 years old

and doing real kong fu tai chi or gong fu tai ji
