  • It would be lovely if they could have zoomed OUT so we could see your ENTIRE leg's movements.

  • is a wighted hula-hoop suppose to hurt? because i just got one and it really hurts.

  • @dontlovehate1 It takes some time for your body to get use to a heavy hoop. Just keep practicing with it for a few weeks. If you get bruises, do not be surprised. If it starts to hurt too much with the bruises, stop for a few days to let them heal.

  • These videos would be so much easier to watch if the camera wasn't moving around in so many weird ways and if there wasn't so much background noise- thanks for the instruction, I really appreciate you posting.

  • OMG!! I hoop to the left and was trying to raise the hoop by bopping my left knee!! I didn't know I was suposed to be useing the right knee! This should help like crazzzzy! thanx sooo much! peace and love.
