@dontlovehate1 It takes some time for your body to get use to a heavy hoop. Just keep practicing with it for a few weeks. If you get bruises, do not be surprised. If it starts to hurt too much with the bruises, stop for a few days to let them heal.
These videos would be so much easier to watch if the camera wasn't moving around in so many weird ways and if there wasn't so much background noise- thanks for the instruction, I really appreciate you posting.
OMG!! I hoop to the left and was trying to raise the hoop by bopping my left knee!! I didn't know I was suposed to be useing the right knee! This should help like crazzzzy! thanx sooo much! peace and love.
