@daswada9 you can't really cut through bones with normal steel knives either, nor should you if you are planning to have it longer than a month, and you can cut frozen meat with pretty much any knife, with those too
Nice demo. I did see a major design flaw though. The finger guard extends beyond the blade edge. This knife can never be used to its full potential. Silvermark need to address this problem before this knife can be taken as serious kitchen tool.
Hissatsu5, keep up the good work! Children like "ninja6kid" only feel good when they are insulting someone. Ninja (the turtles?), 6 (grade), kid (yes). Hissatsu5 has character!
@MisterMinnesota wow! its another youtube thug! im SOOO scared. your name is "MisterMinnesota"! how do you expect me to take you seriously with a name like that? "YEAH SON! IM HARDCORE! wait, hold on, my mommy just called me. i have to go shovel snow out of the driveway. bye" all you can do is talk. I mean, you are making fun of a guy because he has a speech impediment. grow some balls.
"shople and hodle than any steel knife you can buy on the malket" "made by silvlemok" "cant sholpen it, how do i sholpen it" "extremly hold" "dish washle"
I recently purchased a hollow-grind ceramic knife for about $25 or so, on sale from about $50. Can't remember the brand, but it was made in Japan. Gave it back. Sharp? Yes. Tough enough? Sure. But it had so little weight to it, and all the fruit and veggies stuck to the blade. The stuck food products had a large effect on blade handling and hindered speed.
Sadly I could never have this. My family is far to reckless with knives in general not just kitchen knives. You should see the chipped edge on a Rachel Ray knife we have.
ceramic blades are coiol and do have makor pluses for cutlery but the biggest set back is its brittleness if dropped on a hard surface it can shatter like glass....but in the kitchen they dont rust they dont hold bacteria they stay sharp easy to clean all around grteat as long as you dont drop it or smack it on something, lol...
@cutlerylover i got a $30 one but there is one video of a guy dropping kyocera on of his kitchen floor and it survived i might pick one up some time but not any time soon

The bottle cutting part was quite impressive, however that's either the hardest apple known to man... or the blade isn't as sharp as it seemed.

I had a ceramic Boker folder many years ago. I think ceramic knives are suited for kitchen use, but that's about it "edges are too weak for edc use."
