Piaggio NRG 50cc

I have a 50cc scooter that can manage 30mph but i want to travel down a paricular road that is 40mph in th UK...Does anyone know if im aloud?

speedfight 2's front suspension sucks and the front end feels like crap, NRG has upside down forks :)

im gettin a moped this winter are nrg's good or are speedfights better most of my mates have nrg's there ok but me brother had a speedfight 2 years ago i dunna witch is better

@MrFredHoogendoorn In the end i went to a dealership near me and i bought a Sinnis Eagle (Google for pictures) for 1000 pounds, its a gr8 bike had an accident on my first 1 and wrote it off as i got hit by a van but after that i bought another and i think they are gr8, i have never seen another bike like it but i defiantly recommend them as long as you get them derestricted, never had a problem with it but i am selling soon as im getting a car in April.

nahh m8 any 1 can drive a 50cc at 16 with cbt,insurance,and a provisinal,the date will possibley mean u can ride a 125 at that date or you can ride a 125cc at 17 with cbt,provisinal and insurace...after 2 years the cbt expires of which you can re-new your cbt or take bike/car lessons :) hope this helps
