The Tibetan plateau was a part of China from the Qing dynasty, and even earlier it was a vassal state. Actually, Tibetan warriors at a time even conquered large parts of China. It was the British who invaded Tibet, and Chine freed Tibet from Imperialism!

Tibet is a tribe of the 56 tribes that makes up china currently. Yes, many ppl say Tibet has always been part of china, but that is somewhat wrong. before china began modernizing, it was a weak country compared to the European countries that came to china and began colonizing. Tibet was a part of china in certain dynasties, but not all. in the qing dynasty, the imperial court was corrupt and empress cixi sold china's land therefore causing collapse of the dynasty and rise of the CCP.
Let me say something about CCP. When Kuomintang of China was fighting war with Japen, Mao and his people financed by US was organizing to come in power. When war was over, Kuomintang of China was weakend by the war and Mao and his people took advantage of the situation. Of course without American support, Mao's party could not have succeeded to over throw Kuomintang of China. Right from the beginning CCP has been currupt, power hungry and ignorant. CCP will do anything to stay in power.

The Tibetan plateau was a part of China from the Qing dynasty, and even earlier it was a vassal state. Actually, Tibetan warriors at a time even conquered large parts of China. It was the British who invaded Tibet, and Chine freed Tibet from Imperialism!

Lately CCP have been very strict with cell phones and internets but still they are managing to send information to us.

Tibet is a tribe of the 56 tribes that makes up china currently. Yes, many ppl say Tibet has always been part of china, but that is somewhat wrong. before china began modernizing, it was a weak country compared to the European countries that came to china and began colonizing. Tibet was a part of china in certain dynasties, but not all. in the qing dynasty, the imperial court was corrupt and empress cixi sold china's land therefore causing collapse of the dynasty and rise of the CCP.

Well you have to be reasonable. If protesters are going to get violent and disrupt peace, wat u expect the gov. to do? sit around&drink coffee? Not all Uighurs were peacefully protesting, some were beating on Hans&breaking into Han businesses&homes, to those violent ppl, i believe it's reasonable for police to shoot them. As for tiananmen, i know the gov. didn't really handle this case well, but the protesters were also pushing it. Protests r acceptable, but ppl have to know the limit.

after the CCP was established, CCP then conquered Tibet in the 1950s. So the chinese gov. was not responsible for the slavery in tibet, cuz dali lama was the one in charge before china conquered tibet. Before Tibet became part of china, tibet was not modernized and many ppl lived in poverty. after china took over, China has spent millions of $ each yr on tibet and if u have eyes u would see tibet now is much better then tibet 50yrs ago.

tibet is stated as tibet
and you can see that China is small, very small
just like when you google for "wikipedia proper china" where the map also DOSENT have tibet in it, since its not part of china ;)
if you search for a china map on the same page from today, the name "China" is written over the full size within tibet etc, not just proper china....
