  • @power8298 allright I'll give you props, most of the 16 year olds I see can't do one good rep w/ 2 plates, although I got this kid I train who's made a lot of progress. Solid nutrition, training and motivation are all you need to go really far with it, all the best

  • @cliff3loves forgot to say my brother is 5'1" 98lbs...he plays football too for my local middle school's pee wee team. Didn't mean to start anything I just hate people doing lifts on a smith machine when you can do them on free weights.

  • I'm not trying to teach you how to parent, but lifing weights at a young age can have all kinds of problems. Now this might be a one time thing your doing and thats ok. But if you really want him to start getting stronger pull ups, push ups, and sit ups are all good exercises he can do without hurting himself. Just saying don't take it the wrong way.
