I LOVE your videos! You're so detailed on what you say.. I just wish there was a basic video that showed basic knotting techniques...I knot OK but it seems so much easier on your videos! Heres a tip when you want to layer your hair it's best to use an razor comb it's like 2 dollars its better because it would look naturally layed...your layers alright it just looks too even another tip if you want more color do like a pattern black then the color black an soon on dont just all your colors together and when you get closer to the top i'll say one or two black tracks over the colored hair will do and then layer it out

From a pro: I should use notching or thinning sheers on the black at the top. Great Job! I'm using those colors tomorrow:)

You did a great job like always. You may use thinning shears to do away with some of the black hair.. lift up the inner black track and open and close your shears on the desinated areas until you have accomplished your look.

if you use thining sheers at the tips of the black hair at the very top over the bang, the colored hair would show more and it would have a lot softer look, but you are so good at what you do and i do hair to i went to school for it

Girl I am trying to work the color feathers right now , so I had to revisit this. How about, your hair store is soo smart. I had those 1.99 "bangs" they are really apart of a short style kind of like Duby called Sensual Level 10, because all the style was 10 tracks of 10 different colors. Big ups to my weave scrap bag. Luv ya'. You are the best hair instructor.

very cute. next time when you cut your fringe (bangs), try to point cut so you dont have a blunt line with the black on top. point cutting removes weight and bulk without harsh lines. check it out. and tell me if you like it better!!!

hey Adrianna, girl im hooked on your vids.. they're great..

i just wanted to share a tip with you when using your scissors to thin out the balck hair so you can see your " peek- a- boos " colourded hair under neath try lifting the black hair tracks up but not staright up just elevated and point cut the ends to thin them out. this will give you a softer blend instead of harsh line across.. good luck

@pheonixphire also..if you want only the tips of the colors the show..why didnt you just cut the very top layer of black? then on the surface it would be black at the base closet to ur scalp and fade to the colors.

or did you want it to look like all black when combed straight down, but the colors showing when feathered?

Its pretty! I might try that with the colors maybe red tones though...but its gorgeous! And next time maybe try it with a razor comb i got mine from the bss for 3.99 and it thins out the hair w/ the long side and cuts with the short! I always use a razor because its harder to detect error lol great tutorial

@vkaboo08 thanks, and yea i love my razors i always use them but they dont sell the good ones i usually use in my local bss so i had to use my sissors and plus i didnt want to thin out the hair since its a different kinda wrap i wanted to have alot of thickness on the sides and the razor would have thinned it out but yea i love my razors i used in them all my other hair videos

Adri girl u could've just pulled your hair straight out (the bang) at 90degress & cut it off, then that would've gave u layers and showed the color too, instead of taking one lil piece at a time

@Relley87 umm yeaa u could BUT usually when cutting a bang at such a blunt angle it doesn't fall right i kinda messed up at first(showed in pt 2 i think)and cut the black like that and it didnt look right when i flat ironed it, it didnt flow with the colored tips so i had to razor it with my sissors at an angle

@thomasadrianna Oh that's the only way I cut mine & my clients, it falls right every time for me, maybe you should try "notching" if it turns out blunt for you

@almost04 thanks! and yea but usually they are expensive forexample milkyway 10in is about $17.99(some places) the 2-toned will run u about $24.99 and its really a waste because if u were to do it just like i did my hair u would only need it in the bang so you'll have alot of that hair left over but yea u could buy i just perfer the $1.99 bangs lol
