  • Bro im 11 and I work out, I dont take sups tho, I can benchpress 75-100 and ive only been workin out for 1-3 mounths

  • Just wondering, i'm 13, but i weigh 130, and i'm 5'10 decant shape, just picked up lifting and dieting, should i take this?

  • Good ole hydrogen bonds.

  • should it be used as a pre or post workout supplement? you said it gives you an extra 2-3 reps but a lot of ppl i know that take it mix it with their protein shakes as a post workout supplement.

  • @SillyDuck2 I take it pre and post, but it can be taken as a post. The creatine taken during post workout will just be stored in the muscle, ready for the next days lifts.

  • @BriturTraining im trying to get defined and a good size muscles, should i take creatine monohydrate, or cell tech, people say cell tech is full of sugar and not worth it, so creatine monohydrate?

  • HI, i'm 14 and have started weight training in the last few months. My dad recommended that i use creatine, so i did; i can clearly see the results, but one of my friends who also does weight training said that i shouldn't use it because it's bad for your liver at my age, is this true? Thanks.

  • @SplitCargo Completely safe at your age!

  • @BriturTraining Okay thankyou.

  • @BriturTraining o and i want to get rid of my excessive fats to make my muscles more defined, should i get like a fiber supplement? this is my secound post

  • @BriturTraining Currently im 15, 6'2, and 160lbs with about 5% body fat. Ive been trying to pack on weight and I've gotten up from 145 lbs which I was at about 6 months ago however ive pretty much stopped at 160 and I haven't been able to get any higher. If i start taking creatine to help me gain weight will it stunt my growth?

  • @SplitCargo Keep it up for a while and it wont be safe for your age and for any age

  • what if your taking it and working out but you stop working out and you keep taking it , will you lose everything or if you keep taking it it will stay as it is ? and what are your thoughts on CON-CRET

  • Hi, i would like to know what type of cardio is best for building up sprinting endurance

  • aye what about hairloss???

  • @churde There is no worries about hairloss as a side effect of creatine as creatine does not involve or affect the endocrine system and therefore will not lower/increase your testosterone/estrogen levels. Good luck!

  • @BriturTraining

ok im sorry to break it to you. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov /pubmed/19741313. creatine increases DHT and therefor causes hairloss. not taking it.

  • topic in depth about a person who used to be fat and by a calorie deficet he obtained a body thats "Skinny-fat" and for example, skinny ripped face, shoulder. thin arms, thin legs, but still have chest fat, belly fat, and love handles (sides)

alot of people say its because of little to no muscle, but in my opinion I disagree, because how can some people be skinny, with no muscle, yet no fat too, there must be something in the diet that went wrong imo.

  • pretty cool vid. I like the chem break down.

  • thanks man

  • What are your views on Kre-Alkalyn?

  • @xTeeKaYo A bit expensive but its a good creatine that will help you avoid water bloat.

  • What type of creatine is the best for gaining muscle and to look ripped? Ohh and by the way, great videos :)

  • @chigalet123 Personally I enjoy Ethyl Ester because there is no water bloat (with me) when using it. Check out the description to check out Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE)!

  • best creatine explanation ive heard, nice and simple with all u need to know, gd vid keep up the gd work

  • Can you do a video on how to bulk up and gain muscle with minimal fat gains.

  • How to lose belly and chest fats while maintaining maximum amount of muscle... peace :)

  • could you do a video on insulin?

Also can you take creatine on a cut?

    Thanks!

  • @ryd4st I will do an insulin video eventually so keep tuned! Creatine is PERFECTLY fine and in my opinion a great supp to use while cutting.

  • You like rubbing your palms together :P

  • 1. Thanks for the information on Creatine wasn't really sure if I should try it out, but I think I should really consider it now.

    2. I think you should do a thing talking about the top 10 or so bulky foods.

  • Hey, Brian, I just purchased my first creatine package and start using it just now, coincidentally, so thanks for this vid.

I've got questions, one would be

about HIIT on a tracking field. I did today 8X400meters with 2 minutes breaks in between at my 80% intensity (after I run up a small hill about 5 times, doing several body-weight exercises and bicycling in between the various locations for these).

I know you've recommended a shorter distance with higher intensity, but I feel like this is

  • @CalgaryAlpineStyle (cont)

my personal style I'm 6'3" (190.5 cm tall) and I'd rather do 400m instead of 100m

but less intense, as I've mentioned.

As I understand, the way HIIT works is by increasing metabolism of fat (catabolism) so while doing this exercise on the tracking field I don't use as much energy but it speeds up the next 48 hours catabolism of the fat.

Do you think my approach is correct? The good thing is, I felt/feel great, I didn't get light headed from overexertion etc.

    Thanks

  • @CalgaryAlpineStyle That wouldn't be so much considered HIIT but instead a fast paced interval training. It is still VERY beneficial in the way that your doing it, it is just different. HIIT actually does not work in the fat burning zone it works by burning ALOT of calories which in turn your body ends up breaking down fat to deal with all the calories lost. Catabolism is actually the breakdown of muscle. If you feel great and are not feeling tired or overexerted in the gym your doing great!

  • @BriturTraining cbass. com/FATBURN.HTM

Thanks Brian, I read your points, and also an article above (there is a space before " .com" )

where they say: " the subcutaneous fat loss was ninefold greater in the HIIT program than in the ET program"; I will consider this, perhaps for awhile I will do the same routine at 80% just to get more fit

and later I will "attack" this HIIT routine.

Another bonus we both have (I know you're 6'2" tall) taller people tend to lose more calories

    Cheers

  • you should make a video on some ways u can put muscle mass on your torso because i dont have like any fat on my torso and when i flex my abs i hate how my ribs kinda pop out nd i work on them almost everyday , now ur kinda of a skinny/bulky guy nd u dont have much fat bt ur ribs dont really pop out lol just a suggestion, comment back

  • What is your take on Creatine timing and cycling?

  • @ninjabic Personally think you should take half of your daily creatine 30-45 minutes before working out and the second half 30-45 minutes after working out with a carb full meal.

I don't cycle it nor do I load it. You honestly don't need to unless you feel more comfortable with it that way.

  • by the way dude i love ur vids u explain things well and ur very articulate. thanks for the good vids!!!

  • @rjp9871 Thanks a ton for the comments! I'll keep your ideas in mind for next week!

  • some subjects id like u to talk about:

eating "clean foods" vs hitting your macros and how it effects body composition and cutting.

or the best way to build muscle in your opinion. how many reps/sets/heavy/light. wil going to failure on certain things hinder muscle gain? can you push yourself too hard that you wont be gaining muscle?

    thanks

  • first!!!!!
