If the series is base on the drama... Hanayori got my thumbs up, especially the ending...

Hotness meter... Its a toss between BOF and F4... But Sancai have my vote for the lead actress...The thing is, I love Meteor Garden from start to finish. Second place for me is Hanayori because its very close to the manga... third was BOF, simply because I'm not so affected they way they first two version did to me... Nonetheless, Lee MinHo is an eye candy for me, LOL.

This Drama was pretty good, I prefer it over other Taiwanese dramas where the main girl character is not as strong and Chu Yu Xun! Jiayo Chu Yu XUn! ^-^

I'm currently confused about which country has the best drama. The first I watched was "Hana Kimi" in Taiwanese and I thought it was amazing. Then I watched BOF in Korean and it was good but I found it kinda awkward.. fail compared to Hana Kimi really in acting and characters and the whole outlet, not the story. But then I watched the Taiwanese Meteor Garden and it was pretty much the worst BOF out there. And well.. not taking Japanese into consideration... I'm bidding high on the chinese.

I know Hana Kimi is not an adaptation of BOF. I just meant that, in being a Taiwanese drama, Hana Kimi was great. While BOF was a great Korean drama. I was merely assessing which country makes better drama.

@aqualovr9 Hana Kimi and BOF are a different story. So if you don't like the story itself, you can watch whatever version you want it wouldn't work.The Japanese version wasn't bad at all and I really liked the Korean version, they both were very respectful of the manga (i've reade) Taiwanese's was really the worst, I agree on that.

this drama looks intresting and it has a touching story. I saw the others 3 versions, and I loved the korean, especially because of the main actress , who was an ordinary girl ( not a beauty) and also men (F4) costume design was amazing.

I've been watching too many Taiwanese Dramas. well I watch korean and japanese too. I'm MAINLAND CHINESE, and these accents sound super heavy to me. My parents dont have nearly as strong as an accent. XDD

the girl's 1st luv is rui/duanmu/jihoo then goes 2 tsukasa/yunhai/pyo but pain n the ass mom doesn't approve. they go through hard times then pyo/tsukasa gets n2 an accident & loses memories but remember again & fall back in love

from wat i've read the events sound the same so the prod shouldn't say it's not

I liked the theme song more than the drama at first but it grows on you but it certainly is HYD no matter how much they try to deny the fact that it isn't and insist it is completely different from the HYD franchise.

This one has the best characterization of the male lead, while the other versions tend to favor the secondary male lead. This is also the more cute version. HYD is more realistic; MG is more dramatic; BOF is more glamorous.
