for anyone who doesnt know. the man in the green suit who gave him the egg only appears if you have an event waiting for you. he got the egg in pokemon ranger and then transferred it over

the egg you can get from pokemon ranger i did and got one in dimond pearl and platinum. you can use a AR but the legal way is good

all of u, u need pokemon ranger the original one, then you have to have completed the whole game including the Ranger net, then you have to type in a secret code (look it up on google) then you can get the manaphy. PS. no action replay required. and if u want a phione just put a manaphy and a ditto in the daycare and then u get a phione egg
