  • how much cuter can this get!!!!!

  • "I'm calling my hedgehog Sonic!"

Wow, how long does it take for people to come up with that one. Grow up o_O

  • great name! ha ha...

    mike milligan

  • @H

You have any idea how far a bird can fly in one night? How about how far dogs and cats can run, or how far fish can swim?

A pet is a pet. If we free hedgehogs, we should free everything. Not that we should, though. It's better for me to raise a hedgehog until it dies of old age, than for the same hedgehog to get smashed on the highway by a distracted driver.

    Use your brains, please.

  • Awww!! How CUTE!!!!

  • 0:11 OMG they're feeding him HEROINE!!! you MONSTERS!!!

  • STFU about Sonic in hedgehog videos.

  • @Pacfan98 FINALLY...someone agrees with me...I am SICK of people talking about Sonic the bloody hedgehog in these videos, grow up people.

  • @SassiTheKitty Besides, SONIC DOESN'T EVEN EXIST!!! Neither does Tails (unfortunately), Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, etc. They're just video game characters.

  • @Pacfan98 I know, some people need to get their heads out of their arses and back in reality, I'm sorry but it's had to be said

  • @Pacfan98 "unfortunately", eh? You fucking sick fuck.

  • @Ugurcan2452 I guess you don't like Tails.

  • @Pacfan98 Yes. And the people who do are furfags

  • @Ugurcan2452 BAWWWWW!!

  • @Ugurcan2452 I like Tails, I don't care if you call me a furfag.

  • @Pacfan98 Oh, sure. If you didn't, you wouldn't even fucking reply.

  • @Ugurcan2452 did you block me

  • @HollieSteelXxX ur dumb

  • awwwwwwwwwwwwwww x

  • aawwwww

  • I think this is beautiful and i smiled through the entire thing! I know he is thankful for you guys! God Bless!

  • Which is more adorable - the hedgehog or you guys for doing the caring? And as a guitarist I think the soundtrack was perfectly valid and charming.

  • this song is such a rip off of blackbird. its ridiculous.

  • @WholePlay And?

  • Aw so adorable! I like! lol

  • Absolutely charming. Well done and bless you for your kindness.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • I have two at the moment, nearly big enough now to go out and hibernate, will over winter in an old rabbit hutch with the door left open so they can leave if they want to. Hopefully they will stay in the warm bed with food and water near by.

  • @HollieSteelXxX AND THATS WHY WE ALL BUY OUR HEDGEHOG A ----WEEL---- dumbass... shut up

  • awww i wish i could have one but my cats would be like " Its Thanksgiving all ready! "

  • so uhh,, you are rearing your hedgehog? eheheh just kidding cute hedgehog

  • My sister found a 3 weeks old hedgehog in front of our house, mum thought it was dead but then realised it was still alive. my mother couldn't say no of taking care of it.

  • i prefer when i can hear the animal sounds. don't really like music on the vids :l

Hedgehog is gorge tho of course ;)

  • Is hedgehog coming from the same family as porcupine or armadillo?

  • @d0min0danc1ng No, hedgehogs are of the order Erinaceidae whereas porcupines are Erethizontidae and armadillos are Cingulata. According to Wikidpedia anyway so don't take my word for it.

  • @d0min0danc1ng no there not related to porcupine

  • awww so cute i wish i had one TwT but for me they look better free hehe u lucky :3

  • that is sweet you took car of him. what a cutie.

  • @HollieSteelXxX oh and has no mother or father

  • @HollieSteelXxX im getting 1 cuz i see 1 in the petstore and im in north america so instead of a small pen id like to give it a smaller pen but also give it my entire room to roam free in (oh and maybe the basement living room netted trampolene ect.

  • I'M GONNA GET ME A HEJHOWG!

    YEEHAA!

  • shes pretty cute too !

  • @CoffeehouseDigital

Hedgehogs don't live in North America. They are native to the "old world"

  • Awww

  • CUTE

  • @HollieSteelXxX Very bad call, Hollie.

Any animal can be domesticated, ALL animals were wild animals. Does that mean Dogs and Cats should only be in the wild?

  • Aww he's so cute

  • @HollieSteelXxXHello, I saw your comment about hedghogs and you answer was wrong! I have a male hedgehog. Hedgehog make GREAT pets. The may spike you at first, but continue to interact with them and it will soon ( in just a few weeks) love to see you. They are intelligent, cute animals. They need new water everyday because they drink SO much. They are a responsibility but I am sure you can handle it. I hope you get one and you have a great relationship together. GOOD LUCK!

  • Adorable!

  • @HollieSteelXxX i do like that you like to let them out to the wild but i have seen the stuff that happens to them run over by cars eaten alive slowly die from illness and maggots eating their fleash whats more crule thir is one more thing what if your hedgehog bonded with you then it would become heart broken and most likely die maybe like most animals that bond and then abandon

africas pygmy and euro are really the same tho ones bigger ones smaller

  • @xSceneKidRavenx

Pygmy's are not able to hunt properly or hibernate [they're domesticated, they've never learnt to] whereas euros are.

Releasing a pygmy would be like throwing some nerdy white kid into the ghetto, they'd never survive

  • @MikeGasm

    lol

    agreed

  • Doggy like GIMME SOME ATTENTION :***(

  • YOU SHOULD NAME THE HEDGEHOG SONIC

  • @HollieSteelXxX

    chill.

  • Omg i am hand rearing a baby hedgehog too! But hes an orphan we found his mum dead at the roadside he had more brothers and sisters but they could have been anywhere and sadly didnt find them

  • In every hedgehog video someone comments; "Nom nom nom"

    might as well...NOM NOM NOM

  • I'm pretty sure my dog could travel a lot more than 2 miles in just one night, but he's confined to my house and yard except when I take him out for walks and such...

  • Aww you guys look soooooooo cute!!!! [-.-]

  • @HollieSteelXxX Very good call Hollie, a point I've tried to reinforce below. Milligan was released when he was of the correct weight and we hope he's doing okay back in the wild.

  • @CoffeehouseDigital your also dumb

  • id love to have a hedgehog but the area i live in isnt very hedgehog friendly, i dont think i could take him outside with my neighburs, god knows what would happen to him, some little cave kid would probably kill it, oh well, maybe if i move and have a garden

  • YOU DONT TALK ABOUT SONIC LIKE THAT THE HEDGEHOG IS SONIC

  • no he isn't (HAHAHA!)

  • @JasonAndSonicVideos why do you say that every hedgehog is sonic?

    actually, it isn't (LOL)!

  • 00:1 lol

  • Awww soo cute hedgehogs look so precious and friendly ^-^

  • Hi milligan

    *waves*

  • he might be 3 now would he coffeehouse

  • omg....^.^

  • Such a cute hedgehog. I was thinking of getting a hedgehog for my birthday, but i decided to get a snake instead.

  • @neon101012 That's funny. I was thinking about getting a snake, but decided to get a hedgehog instead.

  • i used to have several pet hedgehogs. The last one I had was a female named Houdini, because she lived up to her name, she was good at escaping from her cage, and she had a litter of hoglets with our male hedgehog, Harley, who got his name from getting his head stuck in a little toy harley motorcycle helmet. Unlike the books sayying never to touch the babies and what not, Houdini didn't mind me playing with her babies.

  • if i had Hedgehog i would more time with him! cuz they are soo Adorable!

  • that baby is the size of my 1 1/2 year old african pygmy hedgehog.

  • Oh my God that is the cutest thing I've ever seen.

  • I just died of cuteness! :D

  • in the beginning it is either trying to learn how to walk,or it has the Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome.

  • @MrsSuicune

I don't think so, i think its just a bit clumsy. i've seen hedgies with Wobbly HS and they don't walk like that

  • @lenalena111 oh. ive never really seen a hedgehog with WHS

  • i like animals more than i do people most of the time :/

  • cuteness meter at 1200% i can;t take much more!!!!

  • aww this reminds me of my baby hedgies that i had D: it makes me sad but it's nice

  • 0:53 i'll bite you XD

  • omfg so fucking cute...

  • OMGOSH I WANT IT <3333333!

  • i love hedgehogs!!! i rescued two of them last summer and they are so adorable... we let them free after a month or so when they became strong enough and were able to find food by themselves

  • NOSE omnomnom

  • rofl i was posting the exact same thing

  • Thank you for rescuing this little one. Anyone who takes in abandoned animals is a good person in my book.

  • omg i want on there so cute :D

  • funny !!!!

if you like roots music check out my vibe all feedback welcome thanks

    Mr Hatz

  • @CoffeehouseDigital. My Best friend raises ferrets. That made me lol. Still, they're a very misunderstood animal. They can be quite lovely :3

@supergarbage. Fuck off and die. Basically.

Anyway, the video basically made me die. I don't see how Milligan doesn't implode from the weight of his own cuteness. Very, very cute indeed. I hope he has a long and happy hedgehog life :3

  • check dis gangsta vid out tony montana at his best get me bruvva!!! v=HX-_EyOzE0k

  • He... LICKED HER NOSE!!!!!!!

Falling over backwards with cute overload now.

  • fuck sonic. this is like WAY CUTER

  • @coolplayer026 its face is as cute as a mouse

  • do they run fast?

  • Naaaaw! so cute! :3

  • Um ... it WAS a baby and needed taking care of like its mother would have done. Odd that you're the only comment that has homed in on that single part of the video ....

  • @supergarbage123 uh, they specify that it IS a baby?

  • @supergarbage123 grow the hell up asshole.

  • (: aw he's so small my hedgehog is all big and such x_x

  • That was the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life!!!!!!!

  • That chick at the end is hot.

  • are you serious?

  • @VagXtravagansa Yeah, she's like a cute chick you'd marry.

  • cute chick holding the even more cute hedgehog..!

  • Hedgehogs are really cute! I didn't know that before. Love!

  • That´s the cutest thing ever... and the chick at the end isn´t so bad either ;)

  • How cute. How could anybody ever abandon or hurt animals!

  • thats so adorable!

  • now i want a baby hedgehog, they look so sweet

  • thats so nice of you to take him in!

  • thats an englesh hedgehog right.. im getting an african one today

  • i want a hedgehog :[

  • I thought you raised animals and reared children... (the video description)

  • The two are pretty much interchangeable.

  • :( im soo sad now, i used to have a haegehog coz i found him in the wild but i had to let him go coz i ddnt understand him

  • Best place for him so not so sad.

  • We used to breed hedge hogs, it was kind of messed up I guess you could say. They had babies, we kept 1 and the mom and baby smokey mated and she had babies again. None of the 2nd litter lived.

  • That young lady is cuter still.

  • do animals get along with hedgehogs??? cats dogs?

  • Depends. If a dog or cat is brought up with other animals from young then they are often fine with other animals. But you wouldn't try to get a ferret and a rabbit to get along. That would end badly.

  • beautiful isn't it

  • the baby hedge is so cute

    who play this song?

  • It's a piece of production library music, not commercially available as far as I know.

  • sounds instrumental version of blackbird by the beatles......

  • thats lovely!

    <3

  • cute as hell !!!

  • IT'S SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!! XD I want one so bad!!! Hedgehogs are so cute and cuddly!! I want one!! and I will name it shadow! or spikey x3

  • copyer

  • Adorable

  • do they bite and do there spines ever poke you and does it hurt

  • If you know how to hold a hedgehog properly, it doesn't hurt at all. Their spines only prick up if they're scared, as defence. Gardening gloves are perfect if you want to be safe.

  • oh my goshh! you are the cutest hedgehog owner everrr! your so sweet to it and everything! :]

  • Oh he is so cute. :)

  • OMG super cute :)

  • Hedgehog expert needed! :

I have a moderately small hedgehog in my garden, is it ok to feed it things like nuts or little peices if fruit? If not then what?

Also, can I try to pick the hedgehog up... will the spkies hurt me?

    Thats all, many thanks!

  • You can buy hedgehog food from any good pet shop or country store to encourage hedgehogs to come into your garden - we have also left out dried ferret food or dried cat food. Unless the hedgehog is injured or ill you shouldn't need to pick it up and they're best left to their own devices, they're wild animals after all. But if the hedgehog is feeling relaxed the spines go flat and don't hurt.

  • If you want to feed it, give it pieces of fruit once in a while or buy some meal worms, do NOT give it nuts as these can get caught in its mouth and make it starve to death, and if the hedgehog spikes up just place your fingers near its face and hope it calms down, the spikes can sting (especially if the hedgehog has coated itself in its saliva recently) but they can't really do you any major damage.

  • cute hedgehog and good Woman!!! with love from Russia

  • I remember the attempts of my hedgies biting me on the nose!

  • today was my birthday and i got a special cage from a breeder as a gift ...... you know what that means! my parents agreed to get me a hedgehog in three weeks! im so excited! cool video, that hedgehog is so cute! (arent all hedgehogs cute?)

  • sooo cute!! if i ever get a hedgehog im naming it Sonic.

  • Aww, he's beautiful! What good parents you were to let him go when the time came. He really is adorable, especially when he decided your nose was a snack. ^_^

  • its so cute... :'D

  • I know this sounds stupid, but how much does it hurt when you hold them?

  • Not at all if the spines go flat when you hold them. This one was only small and very light so even when the spines were out it didn't hurt.

  • when u got your hedgehog how did u get rid of all the flea's, i have 1 in my garden.

  • You don't - in the wild they have fleas and ticks and get on just fine so I wouldn't worry about them - the type of fleas they have are specific to hedgehogs anyway so aren't likely to inhabit you or any other animal. Dog or cat flea remover is toxic to hedgehogs so DON'T use it!

  • Hedgehog fleas are specific to hedgehogs. They won't live on anything else. Few hedgehogs have them. Out of the 150 or so I've taken in during the last 12 months, 3 have had fleas. If you do have to deflea them under no circumstances use fles sprays such as Frontline, you'll kill the hedgehog. You can get flea powder for budgies and small animals.

  • i want one, but its illegal in california :(

  • SONIC! there you are wait... you're brown.

  • hey im currently raising a little hedgehog and was wondering if u couls give me any pointers

    thanks (great video)

  • there not so spikey as you think, they only hurt if they're up. mine hardly spikes anymore! :)

  • How can something so spikey be so goshdarn CUTE? :D

  • So precious!!!!! You are doing a great job raising him! he looks happy

  • Oh I get it! SPIKE Milligan! He's spikey so you named him Milligan....very clever, that!

those who don't know, spike milligan was a famous and very funny brit comedian

  • its cuuuute

  • wow he is so cute. Good choice letting him go back to the wild tho, thats one choice I wouldn't be able to make

  • I would never let it go after I saved his life... cant make sure he's not going to get runned over by a car :SS I would keep it for its safety :)

  • It was actually a very hard decision because we'd grown to love him; we were his surrogate parents! But he was not happy in captivity and needed his freedom, risk of being run over or not!

  • Hey, I got a funny idea. Since you have a hedgehog, go buy a waffle cone and stick the hedgehog on it!

    OFFER SOMEONE AN ICECREAM CONE!

    XD!

If you did that, that would be AWESOME! I have a pic of a hedgehog doing just that.

Want to see it? Give me your email.

  • Thanks for your somewhat mental suggestion; we'll think about it.

  • not all hedgehogs all wild animals, African Pigmey hedgehogs are bred to be domestic.

  • Yes, but perhaps that isn't actually a good thing.

  • where do u get hedgehogs anyway ?????

  • They're wild animals - we hand reared this one and released back into the wild where it belongs!

  • where did u find the hedgehog

  • It was in the driveway of our house.
