Here's a few tips... One, you straighten your hair first, Two you need shorter layers, Three you don't need to hairspray your hair to feel like glue. Four your not suppose to leave it teased... it's called brush it down some.. Five..watch some tutorials..Six... do it right or don't do it at all.
