She did it because she wanted some major changes, new feelings and her hair was seriously damaged. She liked her new style, but since that time (2003) she never buzzed her hair totally again, she wears short and medium styles.
In future I'll translate her attitude and feelings and post her photos after the EGO. If You can read Russian You can read it just now.
