  • SO COOL!!

  • omg the baby looks so freakin cute!!

  • is the mother stupid? what is when the baby don't know to close his mouth????

  • @Nabum88 What do you mean?

  • @Nabum88 Are YOU stupid?? Humans, from the moment we are born, have a natural instinct how to act underwater. Shut up. The baby is fine.

  • @Nabum88 You obviously don't no much about infants then.

  • oh so cut eher little legs just kicking away

  • BEST DIVER EVER! :D lols xD :)

  • this is NOT stupid if her baby fell in water she could survive at a young age cause she is being tought dont let haters get you down you seem like a wonderful mommy

  • stupid parents ,yes she did make it but what if she didnt ,their kids not pet fish

  • @TheBigdogbilly Shut the fk up you little idiot tard.

  • @TheBigdogbilly the mom was holding her dumbass

  • I really dont thnik that's a good idea

  • she's so pretty and graceful :D her legs were crossed at the beginning of the vid, sooo cute!!!

  • cute! you have a talented baby!

  • Geeezz....The force of putting the baby underwater was ridiculous.....like a mini belly flop. Every other youtube video, the babies are almost lowered into the water. In this video she was way to rough. Thank goodness it's not my baby.

  • @edge24x she didn't force it at all, it was just fast. and it's a baby, it can't hold its breathe for longer than a couple seconds so you can't take your time moving it around under water.

  • @edge24x how was she "to rough"? i didnt see mom being rough one bit.

  • @edge24x do u know how many children die from drowning cause they dont know what to do if they fell in the pool?! I think its good to intorduce a child to water at a very young age & teach them what to do if they did happen to fall in a pool & no 1 is around to pull them out. ALL kids love water, so its very important to teach them how to swim. When i have my 2nd baby i am going to introduse him/her 2 the water at a very young age. so no this mom was not even close to being rough w/ this baby.

  • @sw20008 Yeah, babies drown in pools - because THEIR parents didn't bother to keep the swimming-instincts alive from birth on! don't you see the flaw in your logic? "drowning = unable to swim" whereas "able to swim = not drowning".

Just because YOU don't know things doesn't mean that these things don't exist (here: birthgiven instinct).

In fact, humans must UNLEARN how to swim after birth. That's common, though. Maybe because too many parents are afraid of water or can't even swim themselves

  • @Gugelhupf05 what the hell are you talking about?

  • at 12 weeks old seriously? if you cant watch your children while theyre babies and toddlers and have a pool maybe you shouldnt have a pool.

  • @karisasue This is good survival skills stfu

The baby didn't drown the parents would know better

  • @karisasue I think its a good idea to teach your children how to swim at a young age, there is nothing wrong with that.

  • @QuanVanLuu agreed, the military has a course like that, called SERE training (survive evade resist extract.) I would advise you to introduce young infants to CBRN training as well (chemical biological radioligacal and nuclear) where you stand in a room filled with tear gas and you make your way out judging by glow in the dark chalk marking the door.

  • Who are you guys to comment whether a 12 month old should have lesson or not?

More importantly, the novice mother is risking the baby's life while doing absolutely nothing to help the baby with techniques.

  • don't they open their mouth though?

  • @Miikaika25 No. This is a class with trained professionals.

They teach this step by step so that the babies know not to open their mouth.

  • Well, Babies naturally hold their breath when they go underwater. But if you want to be safe, You usually blow in their faces before putting them in the water. So that they hold their breath. :).

  • Most of these commenters don't know how to spell or use proper grammar. :\

Anyway, babies have the reflex to make swimming motions when they are younger but they forget it when they age a few years.

  • Aww

I think its sweet and safe

I wud trust my mum or dad to do that to me wen I was younger

  • my eyes wood hurt after tht.......haha

  • are you sure it's ok it put a baby under watter i think it's crazy to do that and i'm not doing that to any of my baby cuzns because im not stupid and i love them

  • @lilkoreangurl14 you blow in their face and they hold their breath then you put them under water :) perfectly safe

  • @seventripleseven i never really thought of that now it makes sence thankx seventripleseven

  • @lilkoreangurl14 A babies naturally know how to hold they're breath while underwater.

  • she aint hurting them

  • long vid :D

  • if you blow on a baby's face, they will take a deep breath in. Then you can make them do a small dolphin dive under the water.

  • @niroopg That is actually the technique we started with in the beginning. :-D

  • Just waxht it it' so sweet.

  • nice rack

  • Well i know shes not new born but she was once under water in the mommys tummy soo i think at abou 6-8 months they get used to the fresh air if you get me ? x

  • does the baby breath?

  • no...umm there are acctually classes for baby swimming...it helps them get used to not being in the womb... by doing that for a few months...

  • actually the parents of this baby should be praised.... all small babies.toddlers should be taught survival skills in the water. if this child ever falls in it will have a very good chance of survival. and the baby is with a trained professional.

  • @mommytotwo08 You have a real good point.

  • @mommytotwo08 Thank you. Our doughter is now 5 years old, and she LOVEs water and can now swin by her selve. :-D

  • How do you know it´s cold?

  • its called heated pools dumb ass

  • How do you know the temperature of the water?

  • This is in a heaten pool. The people arranging the classes adjust the water temperature to the babies. The water is warm and nice, not cold. :-D

  • @tmansisterinlaw The water is about 30 degrees... Its a heatet indoor pool... :-)

  • LindyEllie tell me the techniques u use before this

  • We took classes with a trained professional. I would not recomend you to do this on your own. But Rebekka LOVES to go swimming, so if you want to you should see if there are any avaliable baby-swimming classes near you. :-)

  • this is soo cool.. id be soo scared the first time lol but its awesome how she knew to kick.. was that an instinct ?

  • The first times se did not kick. We thought her that as time went by. So no, its not an instinct, but it is natural for them so its easy to teach them to kick.

  • Hihi. Does not look real? You mean like she is animated or something?

Well, i can asure toy that my daughter is a real living baby. Or, maybe not a baby anymore sinse she is 2,5 years old now.

By the way, she still loves water! :-D

  • he said she doesn't look very though he didn't said that she's animated loll

  • lol. Sweetgirly said she didn't look really real. hehe.

  • she doesn't look really real though, but she's good (if she's real)

  • What, a fake baby.

    dont think so.

  • amai, als da kind verdrinkt, ge zie die nog naar adem snakke!

  • it is cute but wot if she wosnt ready to be duked under?

  • She was ready. It's not like we just suddenly dunked her without warning. We worked on this for several weeks before trying it for the first time. And this was a gradual thing. Starting with gently pouring a little wather in her face, and then going gradualy a little further each week. She didn't show any signs of beeing botherd, and she still loved wather. Now at the age og 2 tears old. :-)

  • lol, a few weeks in quite a bit for a 12 weeks old baby.

  • oh how cute

but i think that the baby should be older to dive !! =)

  • oh watch out

    water baby swimming

  • That is so cute not only does the water not bother her but she is kicking her legs too.

  • it doesnt harm young babies its a proven fact that it doesnt as long as they dont breath the water in and they usually dont but they keep their eyes open but it doesnt hurt them

  • i hav watched this like 10 times

    she is sooo cute!

she is a better swimmer than i am lol

  • adorable! she kicks her little legs

  • she is a pro at swimming for a baby

  • seriously, dude, dont u know that this doesnt harm young babys? gosh

  • That's Hydrophobia, you dope.

Anyway, that little girl is cute! She's gonna grow up to love the water!

  • shes gonna be the next micheal phelps

  • The parents were were looking at Nirvana's album cover while stoned and came up with this great idea, lol.

  • wow shes so cut look at her little face!!!

  • She's going to win the gold at the Olympics!! Keep practicing!!

  • omg she is so adorable ^_^

  • =o k ute!!

  • she is adorable

  • No, she does not breath. Babyes (and all other animals) are born with a refleks that maked them automaticly hold their breath under water. She loves to swin, and is a real life mermaid. :-)

  • lol.. u should say Babies and all animals. because "Babies and other animals" makes one to think that babies are animals.

  • Hihi. Yeah you are probably right. But at the same time, a lot of people say that humans are animals. I don't know. But she is human for sure, no animal here. hehe. :-D

  • lmao hahaha aww

  • um yikes! can she breath!

  • Sweet! a little fish!
