Just a way to show how an authomatic survey system is able to detect a wrong way driver on a highway and how to warn other drivers about this reckless driver or dangerous situation.
Sounds like a good idea but it will cost a leg to put all those light on the highway... Instead, maybe just put some one way barrier hidden in the ground in each exit so we can enter that way to the freeway? No?
The cost is approx $60K per kilometre for both directions of a highway. Maintance and running expenses is $9K a year.
Hidden barrier has been tried in several states in the US in the last decade - and many tests has shown that this solution only accelerate the numbers of other dangerous situations.
