Manny Pacquiao will NEVER be considered as 1 of the greatest boxers by Americans, Europeans, Canadians and or Australians simply because he is ASIAN, and he is from a third world country like the Philippines.... That's the truth!
I would have to say they would consider a fairly good boxer as 1 of the greatest if he is from America or from Europe!!!
