  • i gonna make on i have wood and string and slicer

  • this is badass :P

  • how much did this cost?

  • @NickSlaughter669 sorry for the wait. I never got a message from youtube for your comment. $250.00USD plus any international shipping. The model is more detailed now than before. This video is very old.

  • cool how much

  • sorry for the wait. I never got a message from youtube for your comment. $250.00USD plus any international shipping. The model is more detailed now than before.

  • @dreadwilliam 250, are you sick?

  • @branders2589 Thank you for your concern, but I am not sick. The price includes packaging, insurance and lower 48 state US shipping. The machine itself is about 200USD if you can come and get it, and they look much better than the model on the video. Try making one yourself and see what you think the time is worth. I have a video here that shows how to make one.

  • It is a nice model but it will not work. There is not enough Kinetic energy from the fall to cut through anything, though it might scratch your finger if the knife is sharp enough. Now one twice the size would do considerable damage. Dreadwilliam how close is the knife to the lunette. The release mechanism is a little dodgy as well, but for a small scale model it is excellent.

  • Absolutely correct. Hollywood made us think that the moutons were made from wood when they were actually cast iron. Now this model was my fourth ever and I have perfected the mechanisms alot in the 40 or so since then. The blade on this model was right against the lunette and that is true on all my models. They just clear the finish. Thank you for the compliment. Bois de Justice creates scale models that will cut you up reeeal good.

  • True the moutons (mutton.baaaa) were heavy and so was the knife. If you could have the Berger release mechanism in a larger model that would authenticate the look even more. Also the moutons should be on roller iin copper or brass grooves. The lunette should have a lock block mechanism, with some springs at the bottom of the gooves to absorb the blades energy. The first guillotines broke down due to this fault of not having springs but using leather instead. Many would wish it did often. :)

  • put a dead or alive rat in it:)

  • which is it man? I cant figure out all this stuff on my own!

  • alive but i dont think you can post that on youtube because its animal abuse and also you may be prosicuted and fined so do alive while alone and do dead for youtube:)

  • Make one for lobsters!

  • have your lobster send some dinero via PayPal and he or she shall have one, finished to resist the salt corrosion of the sea.

  • orite mate calm down can you show me the 150 dollar one the big one and you cheapest one please thanx and send the video to me thanx mate

  • All That For £200 Not Putting People Of Buying THem But All You Do Is Push Across Push Down LIft Up The Wood Thing And It Drops Why Buy Just Fir DOing That All For £200 :-?

  • We have been through this before. I charge in US dollars, not British pounds. My most expensive model goes for around 150quid, and it is quite large.

  • can i still get one if im in new zealand

  • Of course. I'd love to have one in the southern half.

  • would a finger be chopped off completely if you place it in on there?

  • Oh no, not at all. I personally test each machine on my wife's right index finger for safety purposes. We dont want any accidents.

  • Ok. Why Do You Put Your Wifes Index Finger In THere And Not Yours?

  • Its a gag. I get it now. I dont actually test them on anyones fingers than my own, but that is not so near as funny as using my dear wife's finger.

  • Why PUt Your Wifes Finger In There And Not Yours ?

  • I keep watching the video and i dont see anyone's finger in there. My wife knows that my machines will not cut a finger or any kind of meat because I dont sharpen both sides of the blade, and she has no fear of them. Why do you want my wife's finger in there anyway? signing off.

  • wat about the gallows i mean c'mone!

  • wat about the gallows indeed? No really. The floor opens up, the body, er I mean the condemned falls through and becomes a body. I have a video showing my homemade gallows in action. Have you seen it?

  • I think Eliot Spitzers wife wants to buy one. Could you make one to fit a mans, ahem, you know what in it? Like a joke guillotine with a fake blade?

  • But of course. What size of, ahem are we speaking of? You will have to measure it. In either condition, accuracy should be of importance here. My blades are harmless unless ordered otherwise.

  • I mean, the thought of having my meat under a real razor blade is erotic, especially if my ex girlfriend is involved. I'm sorry for turning the topic this way, my mind is in the gutter :(

  • "The virtuous man dreams what the wicked man really does"

    Thax 4 the demo! lol : p

  • Myself being quite old, I have possessed a machine in my youth that was alot like that one but not as nice as yours. Pivoting blade. You have picked an excellent hobby which I hope will bring you fame. By the way I loved the linking mints. Must have cost you a few bob.

  • hey cool! check out my finger chopper magic trick!

  • where can i buy that?

  • Just google dreadwilliam and then click simply guillotines. You can buy from there.

  • I got one

  • Hope you liked it. Does it go with the room?

  • hey, where could i buy one i want to ethnicly cleanse my little brother G.I. joes

  • Just Google dreadwilliam and then click simply guillotines. All will be revealed.

  • Hey old asshole, you should make something useful instead you make killing machines.God, this world is full of lunatics...and what should i do with your guillotines, to cut the frogs, mices etc.Very good toy.I bet you are Jew!White Power!

  • You are right son, the world is indeed full of lunatics. Welcome.

  • and the real size instrument when...

  • A recent spate of guillotine suicides,( I'm not making this up.) has caused me to cease in full sized production, and as my website showed, I never took a single photo of the best one. Amnesty International has identified a Scotsman who builds real ones, not full sized replicas, but real ones for sale to anyone. He's not hard to find. Thanks for paying attention.

  • This is benny and i have nowt but praise for "DREAD" and the model he made.....He is currently making me an electric chair replica which is a combination of three of the most famous with a few added details of his own........which no doubt will make it all the better!!!!!

  • Yours is cooler.....

  • Youtube told me that you were commenting on Benny Bullfrog's Guillotine. That is not the smallest. See my video Worlds Smallest Guillotine. If you cannot find it there is a link at BoisdeJustice. Thank you for the keen eye.

  • I think I was trying to be more of a pirate than an old english squire. If you think your model is imaginary have you seen my "doll on the guillotine" "Big Frankie" one, inspired by all the ridiculous guillotines that turn up in English and American movies. I would gladly sing for one of your models, any song in particular?

  • I saw one "doll on a guillotine" video but it was executed on a BoisdeJustice model. Was that you? As for the song, I have an extensive collection of sheetmusic as it were at my website which is listed in my profile, but they wont allow me to mention it on the comments. Arrgh!

  • Yes, Doll on a guillotine was me. It was not by M. Bois de Justice however but was made as a one off for me by M. Robert Opie who wrote "Guillotine, the Timbers of Justice". he is a good friend of mine. I have seen your website, very eclectic! I love it!

  • Ah I do, that be true! May I ask thee then why the upper half of thy lunette doth not fall under its own weight? Also, where be thy basket for the head and body? Besides that thy guillotine be of the highest order!

  • Yeehaw, yer olde english is waaay out there. My artistically rendered models are guillotines in form and movement only. Benny did not order a waste retrieval system for his model and the lunnette is my own delusion and besides, "Who do we think we are, BoisdeJustice?" And my models cost but a song.

  • Nice Guillotine Mr Dread. Very smooth action. Has a 1792 flair about it.

  • Thou dost possess much knowledge in the way of the guillotine.
