This is pretty cool but your missing the whole front clip the side fenders, those are not from the original 79 camaro's because that year maro was the last model of it's kind
good project... can i see a picture or vid of it me and my pops are doing a similar thing but with a 68 cougar 454 chevy 4 speed gasser (straight front end) and right side drive....father and son aint no better team

@REDKurt4 dude i am woking on my 1977 camaro and just rebuilt the small block 305 in it. It is fun ass hell to drive and i get looks where ever i go, best of luck with your ride, and never thrash it, mine is my baby and if it is the same for you, treat it like it.
i got a 79 camaro with a 454, summit cam, and summit headers, offy manifold, and a 3500 10" srall with 3.90:1 gears and posi of course, bought does the same exact thing, :)
i got a 91 camaro, i was going to hop up that 305 but the bore size is so small you cant get any power with them. so now i got a 355 flat top pistons comp mutha thumper cam and a high rise intake and it is screaming fast.
yall should have seen the cloud of smoke it left. When my freind got done filming it he literaly couldnt breath, and he smelt like rosted tire for the rest of the day.
