this album was the first album I ever bought (it was a tape, and I bought it off a classmate (with Achtung Baby) and I listened to it heavily until I got The Passengers, after that I never bought another U2 related album...). This is one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life so far including The High Llamas' Beet, Maize, & Corn and Stereolab's Dots & Loops

Furthermore, I would be glad that a boy dedicates a song to me by U2 ( by the band which is one of my biggest influence in music ;) which contains a line that says: "How could beauty be so kind to an ordinary guy?" I think it's all the same whether she has bright blue eyes or not...

Honestly, imo, i think this is among their top 6 or 5 albums....i would even put POP among their best :-O......They weren't the best albums, silly yes, but still they were DAMN GREAT....better than their mediocre albums now a days.....which are still good, but don't have the songs with that PUNCH in it.
