  • Unfortunately we witnessed, with my young cousin, the death of Lt. Cmdr. Kevin Davis due to GLOC. We watched as he made the tight turn to catch the Blue Angels going in the opposite direction, and presumed loss of consciousness as his plane gradually fell to earth. Seems that some sort of body monitors of blood pressure, etc, could allow the auto pilot to kick in and take over the craft in this event. A very tragic result after such a fine display of aviation skill.
