Of course I've been to LA, I would never attack any city I haven't been to. Though again, I wouldn't call it a "city" but a "sprawl", and therein lies the problem. Everything is stretched out, and if you want to get anywhere you have to drive through congested traffic, as there is no rail system (unlike Chicago, NY, Boston, or Philly). Also, I was not impressed with the people there. Their souls are as plastic as their faces. And Californians have such an annoying accent.

It's funny because every year crime actually goes down in LA. and I don't actually live in LA, I live in MALIBU... One of the most exclusive places in the entire United States to live other than Orange County (which I am 45 minutes from) and Grenich Conneticut where the Billionaires live and play. Downtown LA has come a long way and keeps getting better. Homeless population was down 5% this year on Skidrow, and Hollywood has gotten cleaned up! Went the other night it was awesome!

@daftboyrock Of course NYC is the #1 city in US, but honestly, LA is NOT a city. It is a string of suburbs covering a county. Downtown San Francisco is more of a city than is LA. Chicago is a great city with everything NYC has, but without the rushed pace. I've lived in all three and each have their charms, but do you seriously claim LA as a city?

Of course I've been to LA, I would never attack any city I haven't been to. Though again, I wouldn't call it a "city" but a "sprawl", and therein lies the problem. Everything is stretched out, and if you want to get anywhere you have to drive through congested traffic, as there is no rail system (unlike Chicago, NY, Boston, or Philly). Also, I was not impressed with the people there. Their souls are as plastic as their faces. And Californians have such an annoying accent.

It's funny because every year crime actually goes down in LA. and I don't actually live in LA, I live in MALIBU... One of the most exclusive places in the entire United States to live other than Orange County (which I am 45 minutes from) and Grenich Conneticut where the Billionaires live and play. Downtown LA has come a long way and keeps getting better. Homeless population was down 5% this year on Skidrow, and Hollywood has gotten cleaned up! Went the other night it was awesome!
