If you didn't do anything wrong you have nothing to worry about. The one that needs to worry is the one that's either armed, wanted, or is committing a crime.
Wow this is terrible but this is racial profiling. It happens in all major cities and it happens in Detroit. Largely by white officers who live in the suburbs but work for Detroit police Department.
The sad truth is that in America, if you are born black and especially if you are born poor, you are presumed guilty until proven innocent by birth. The Criminal Justice System has morphed into a system of racial control with the "War On Drugs". With the help of the Supreme Court, the clock has been reversed on racial progress in America, only now it has adapted to this supposed "color-blind" society we tell ourselves we live in.
@tbozfan10 Whitey McWhite here: I can't remember the statistics, but more MOC are in jail then are in college. To some white people this is proof that "they" have criminal tendencies, rather then 400 years of oppression (including Native Americans) and the other factors you mentioned. I don't understand, if they are targeting young black men then how is it that 93% of the residents have been frisked? That sounds like they are frisking every single person they come across. Certainly there are children and elderly people who do not fit their profile of a gangbanger.
Also, if every resident is black, where are the (assumed, not shown) white cops coming from?

@spartan2600 The 3 prong test has not been met. There is no elements existing to believe that a crime is about to be committed, has been committed, or about to be committed. There is no articulable reasonable suspision. These cops are on a fishing expedition which is against the law. There is case log on this.

as far as fitting the description, or someone got robbed that is an excuse the police use to harass people.
