  • what is ccof certified? is that not a good certification?

  • all natural ingredients also mean naturally processed, like ground flax seed vs extracted oil

I like frozen veggies for freshness over 'fresh' veggies... I just thaw to room temperature, eat with rice (thai jasmine or japanese sushi)

  • Does anyone else think there's a potential conflict of interest? Who can sell their own anti-sun moisturizer and not be tempted to exaggerate the ineffectiveness of and damage done by current products?

  • Mr Dr. Mencola you mention in your website that Peg is a hazardous ingredient and that dioxane can be hidden in ingredients like Peg.... peg is not safe but are all the ''family'' of beg unsafe too? particularly is peg-8 unsafe ...i know that korres uses this ingredient in skin care (korres is an company that produces natural products)

thanks for the great information yoy sharing!!!!!!

  • How can I see your skin care products

  • Dr. I have eczema on just 1 foot, flares up bad in winter, not so bad in summer, I am sick of steroid creams, I would rather it look feral then use them anymore. I am vegetarian (milk cheese okay, no egg ect) I take flaxseed oil for my omega's

what would you recommend help my foot look better, I am used to the itching I dont even know it's there anymore

  • @seinfeld11123 Listen to your body and eat some animal protein. Flaxseed oil is absolutely terrible, and you clearly have not read anything I have written on it. Krill is much better and in addition to animal proteins and fat would get some tanning on your body through a safe tanning bed in the winter and sun in the summer

  • @mercola so dont grind up flax seed? what is the difference between extracted oil Vs grinding up seed? and what about chia seeds?

I also add sunflower seeds to my morning protein shake, which is Whey, its organic, I buy it non commercial its isolate I add 25% WP Concentrate to it I use Organic non homogenized cows milk (its hard to get raw milk in Australia, I get it once a month roughly its alot better. I eat nuts, 2-3 serving of fruit, I usually eats soups/juice as I get big doses of vegies

  • @seinfeld11123 Ground up flax is fine but you said you were taking the oil. Whey isolate is crap you need the concentrate. Add krill like I said and since you are in Australia it is summer so get plenty of sun on the area and eat some animal protein.

  • I melt beeswax and mix coconut oil to make a balm for my chapped lips, dry skin, and dry hair.

  • @uhhuhcheckit just stop washing your hair and skin everyday, and as cool as possible water allow your body to make its fat layer on top of the skin, you wont have any of those problems. My hair was really dry, I used "mild" shampoo but still did it, until I researched that no matter WHAT SOAP U USE IT IS A STRIPPER of essential oils, so less the better, just condition your hair everyday with "natural organic conditioner" shampoo twice a week, your hair will get a nice fragrance (if ur healthy)

  • there is this great really short book at the library, explains how to use olive oil, salt, baking soda, lemons, eggs, white vinegar. hydrogen peroxide, corn starch.covers most all personal care products,. Nitter, as described in bible is olive oil, salt, baking soda. this is how jesus's buddies washed. a great simple underarm deodorant is white vinegar mixed with water. Only personal care products I buy commercially are now shaving cream. ivory soap.

  • For the ones with skin problems:

Massage the skin with castor, olive and wheat germ oils, alternating 2, 2, & 2 days per week for each oil. First take a shower with hot water to open the pores, then massage and let the oil be absorbed by the skin. Take another shower without using any soap. When staying in sun use coconut oil as a sun screen.

Drink lots of juices, especially carrot, apple and grape juice. Avoid constipation drinking at least 2 qt of steam distilled water per day. Eat organic.

  • @gigiontube I'm gonna try that. :) Thanks.

  • I don't use soap, and no problems with dry skin anymore. There are lot of other things to use to get clean.

  • @FlipThisChorme Yeah Iv'e clicked this on other videos what is it?

  • I contradict one of your ideas that "mineral oil" should be on the to-be-avoid list. Here the site to prove it, thebeautybrains (dot com)/2006/11/28/the-top-5-myths-about-mineral-oil-part-1/

  • @theRecONcile - mineral oil stops the skin from breathing and coats it with a thin membrane..

  • @theRecONcile -thats a horrible site, full of misleading information, and her own answers are her opinion. mineral oil is bad for you it's true.

  • yes of course nobody would cheat on usada lol

  • i started to get clear skin when i avoided these toxic ingredients that i'm using since I was a kid. Good diet also helped me a lot to heal faster...Yeah some of the so called organic products are so overpriced so you better find a very good one or make your own. Improvise and remember fresh is better than processed or already prepared one...it is just you need it sometimes when you're away from home and don't have access on it and it is also convenient to have one but don't depend on it...

  • My skin NEVER gets dry. If it does, then it doesn't bother me. I always see people putting on lotion, and complaining about dryness. My skin is never like that...it gets oily sometimes, but never dry.

  • you dont have to suffer well you dont have any pancake mix

  • check out my all the way turnt upremix on my account

  • nice video

  • Why is this on the front page with only 1,069 views and almost no votes?

  • @Mocni there's commonly lag for the view count and like count.

  • cum is good for dry skin

  • ..........

    .....

    ..

    .

  • its called Nivea cream.

  • i agree about the sell sell sell lose trust.. im not into that.

But, I agree with lots of his info..

for eczema use sesame seed oil. yes it smells but it is amazing. google it. i use it on clients for sore muscles and helps with grinding teeth too.

  • @deakaztv you are being educated for free about the specific dangerous chemicals and how they are absorbed into the system, you are told there are about 5 products in the US that meet his/their standards, and that they (Mercola team) put together an affordable solution. What is wrong with that? He's offering people an education for free and product if interested. That is awesome! Meeting the needs of an educated audience and serving those needs is a sustainable business model.

  • so showers without filters can be one of many causes of dry skin because unfiltered showers has chlorine and other chemical especially when you take hot showers?

  • I have been told that eczema is a sign of you not drinking enough pure water.

  • shampoos and conditioners also apply to this.. be aware of what you are actually putting on your head!

  • what do you think about chap stick?

  • dermadrate lotion - great product doesn't have the main dangerous chemicals but does have carbomer for some reason, which as far as I can tell is not actually considered dangerous, so far
