  • u r ine of the best iron man suit buulders on utube

  • that looks pretty cool dude

  • It looks like 1/2 inch EVA. At Hobby Lobby or Wal Mart you can buy some 2mm and 3mm for the neck piece, which helps with the neck movement, and is a lot more comfortable. I have been using the half inch for most of my build along with the 3mm for the thinner parks and 2mm for anything I want to move, like near joints along with some elastic. I can't find any foam rubber around here. Great work on the suit!

  • Cant w8 to see u wear it, awesome

  • Great job. The suit looks very good. Your colors look great as well. I'm looking forward to see you in it.

  • I download the links but you can not read the Pepakura, I can drop files x mail THANK YOU I'M FROM MEXICO josecruz_salvador@yahoo.com

  • Hi Dynamo!. Great work. I have a question? When I look at Blackdynamo's mk vi in this video, he has some red foam that attaches the round, circular "flare" launcher which is where he put his battery. However, the PDO file only has the blueprint for the gold thigh piece. Is there a PDO file for the upper leg hip between the thigh and the cod piece? Otherwise there is a space and he clearly has his entire legs covered in armor from his cod to his feet. Thanks again!

    best regards,

    kevin

  • @wristracer He used the PDO's as a reference, but he drew them out himself so that it would fit him perfectly.

  • start selling bro ur gonna make a lot of money!

  • @MrSamdman95 Thanks buddy!

  • @TheHeroTutorials btw, did you scale anything different on those robo files, or did you just keep them all default size?

  • @MrSamdman95 he scratch built his suit. He just used the pepakura files as reference to draw them out free hand so he could get a perfect fit in one shot every time.

He's a really talented guy. He used to be a comic book artist in the 90's.

  • @TheHeroTutorials I think anyone can see this guy is talented

  • @TheHeroTutorials What size binding post did you use for that Iron Man costume? I'm not only doing an Iron Man costume but also currently making a halo Master Chief costume. The help is greatly appreciated.

  • @pucklife18 Delray's Scratch built wearable Mark VI armor is the True Replica.

  • cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooollllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hi, I have questions about the process of making your own costume.

if you know a good site for the steps just in words i will take that XD

    1. I want to use pre-existing helmet as my easy way out. If i use foam instead of fiberglass, how would you strengthen the foam like fiberglass (I think you would talk about it in your ave foam tutorial, but I couldn't wait)

    2. how would the painting process be different compared to the fiberglass one?

  • @ShagAsian pre-existing, i mean as 2 parts thin plastic helmet you can buy

  • great....

  • where can I see more of Blackdynamo 1's works?

  • when's part 3 of the pepakura foam armor ready?

  • Awesome suit man

  • movie quality nuff said

  • when will part two be ready?

  • @lmfao834 he's just busy with life right now, He has mentioned soon.

  • AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!

  • i'm curious about gauntlets

  • nice suit man. i hope mine turns out half as good. what were your points of measure for the shin guard? below ankle to top of knee?

  • History lesson! Blackdynamo1 a.k.a. Delray built this suit on his patio. He's been comic fan since middle school, and because his 4 year old son is a IM fan. Good job dude! cant wait for the next video!

  • srsly? i want my 5 minutes back...

  • @Deldel89 It says "Costume overview", and "Pre-Suit up" in the title

    I guess you can't read.

  • stinking amazing tell Delray that! :D

  • yo blackdynamo 1 is the sh********t

  • amazing work on the suit buddy .

  • BlackDynamo1 has built this outside and looks to be in an apt. complex with limited tools . This is an impressive build and shows if you have skill and determination you dont need allot of money or a big shop to build an awsome costume.

    I salute you Sir!

  • sweet job how long was your build?

  • What are the binding things called? When I go to the hardware store what are they called?

  • @AlphaProto I would definitely like to know this as well. I was keeping an eye for this earlier when I was out with no luck

  • Nice looking suit! Planning to head to any cons with it?

  • nice but looks not like steel...
