actually that is an extremely rare model of the veyron called the pur-sang. meaning pure blood. the car was not actually chromed but what you are seeing is the aluminum body of the car. and the black part is untouched carbon fibre. only 5 of these pur-sang models were sold and all were sold in their raw bodied unpainted forms.
