  • Electric RC cars are Faster on the right battery. If you fun a 7.2v on a HSP XSTR-PRO it goes around 75kph. If i upgrade my brushless motor and change my battery into a 11.1v it goes around 140-150kph. But when upgrading to a new battery you need to look up about how your car handles. You need to think about weight at the front. I personaly hate cars that do wheelies and have TO MUCH POWER. Put some weight in the front and your car will stop doing wheelies and you have better handelling.

  • hey ive seen those hsp i am thinking of buying do they do too many wheelies?

  • Yer but dont get one, I just had one and it kept breaking, great bashing car but not very good at races, When you buy it you get a novark ESC and compatibal motor, Reciver, servo and a 7.2v ni-mh 1800mAh batt. upgrade to a 11.1v lipo. they are osm but make thicker dogbones. trust me, I broke 7-9 pairs of dogbones with a 11.1v battery.

  • i went down to my local hobby shop and they suggested a hbx rocket $350 brushless motor and can do 55 kilometers per hour (remember thats kilometers not miles lol)

  • @3fast4u yh that is how fast myn goes my motor is 15 turn motor amd goes 55 km

  • ya where is this shop is there one in IL?

  • Look at Al's Hobby Shop in Elmhurst, they have an enormus body section in their basement.

  • Where is this shop?

  • elecric so much better

  • what would you say was better electric brushless or nitro for overall performance. please reply. Charlie

  • nitro faster just always better

  • bull sh!t. my 1/8 brushless Losi pulls away from the nitros on the striaght and has better acceleration

  • agree.. brushless have the power of torque or acceleration depends on the turns. number of turns depends on which race are u in. more turns for touring, less turns for drifting. :D hope im right

  • hey...the eagles called they want their hair back...just kiddin.. you are pleasant to listen to with all yer rc knowledgeability

  • lol! good one

  • you are the man robby
